Dejé mi interacción muy disgustada. Dije cosas que me hicieron sentir mal por mi herencia. Como si de alguna manera no fuera tan inteligente como ella porque el inglés no es mi primer idioma.
I did not have a great experience when dealing with Danielle. She was verbally abusive to my 6 year old autistic son. She said "I'm an engineer and I'm smarter than you. I don't think this is how you should treat people. We should all be nice and respectful instead of harmful to each other.
Personally, I would never use this company due to the actions of their representative. They have made me very unhappy with dishonesty and inconsiderate behavior.
I was disappointed in the way the employee communicated with me. It left me feeling emotionally and verbally abused. I wish I never had interacted with them.
I was not happy after dealing with certain employees. They were snarky and entitled. It seemed like they thought they could do or say anything without consequences. There is a way to treat people. Hopefully they will mature over time, they are young.
