If I could give zero stars to this sorry excuse of a landlord I would. Dave does the absolute minimum and only cares about the dollars hitting his pockets every month. We had someone attempt to break in twice and when we asked Dave to fix our lock on our back door because it was broken and when he came to fix it he made a demeaning remark towards me because I was not able to fix the broken lock on his house myself. If you are looking for a place to rent from, do not choose Dibar. As the pictures show, we moved into the house with ceilings that had this disgusting mold or moisture that the landlord attempted to cover up with paint, rather spending the money to fix hoping we would not notice. We have now moved out and he is trying to charge us $700 for a cleaning fee implying that it took them 35 hours to clean up a house that was in disgusting shape on our move in date (even after we cleaned up). Had a appointment to see an apartment at 2:00 pm on Tuesday May 18th and he did not show even after I called him,twice,talked to on Wed.May 19th only Tell us it was rented, Unprofessional,and unacceptable,will never go through this company again.

I rented from Dave several years ago before I moved to another city. If I were to move back to Omaha, he would be the first person I'd check with to find a travel. Excellent landlord who truly cares about his properties and tenants. He is very attentive to requests and repairs and was always easy to communicate and work with.
