Mike and Cody arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment and got right to work. My Navien tankless water heater was having flow and temperature issues with the hot water sometimes suddenly stoping for seconds to minutes. They quickly diagnosed the issue (flow sensor and mixing valve) and had the needed replacement parts on their truck. Mike provided me a reasonable quote for the parts and labor, and half an hour later the hot water heater was again fully functional. I explained that I wanted a second opinion as I had received a quote from my current heating provider. He was very kind, polite and thorough.
