Just came from seeing Dr. Diaz, you will not find a more experienced great periodontist. It does get anymore pain free. Great staff too.
Wonderful bedside manner, great listener, compassionate and straight forward with the information he provides.
I have never had a complaint about Dr. Diaz. His staff on the other hand needs a little coaching on professionalism.
Excellent care - Dr. Diaz performed an extraction and I felt nothing; he explained everything upfront, told me what to expect next throughout the procedure, and regularly asked if I was doing ok. His assistant was great, too. Staff member Shawn is awesome, helpful and efficient.
He does a great job of making you comfortabe, and explains every that is going to happen before he works on you. His entire staff is the best I have seen in a long time.
I was not pleased with this Dr. He sells dentistry. He will not work with you on a discount or plan unless you have serious $/credit. I am disappointed I was recommended to him.
