HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Never answers phone number that is listed. I’ve call probably 30+ times over 3 weeks or more day and night no answer and left a couple voicemails too. Apparently they only answer emails. I was very eager to get this home because our lease is up soon! Very unprofessional. I've learned from Diaz and Partners literally anybody can be a property management company.
I had a house managed by them for years. Renters left and she kept the security deposits (they was a lot of damage to the house), but never sent the money back to me. She is now not responding to any of my mails or contact attempts. Do not do any business with then.
