We went through a long process of touring, applying, and communicating. Only for them to pick another tenant due to “longer rental history and employment history”. Doesn’t appear to be young renter friendly ( less than 5 years) and they also don’t follow “first come first served qualifying applicants”. Only good things were the price of the unit.
I’ve lived at my current place managed by Diaz & Partners for a few years now. I have enjoyed every second. The place is very charming and the landlords are quick to respond when you are in need of anything.
HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Never answers phone number that is listed. I’ve call probably 30+ times over 3 weeks or more day and night no answer and left a couple voicemails too. Apparently they only answer emails. I was very eager to get this home because our lease is up soon! Finally we agree on a viewing that we had to go 30 minutes out of our way for on OUR WORK LUNCH just for no one to be there and for the door to be locked! and judging by how Diaz and partners responds to these reviews on how the customer is always the pro... read more
Very unprofessional. I've learned from Diaz and Partners literally anybody can be a property management company.
