Dr.Albert Diaz-Ortiz is an exceptional professional. He talked to me before and after the procedures and I felt very confident I will heal soon. The staff, from reception to nurses where loving and caring as we need in these situations. I highly recommend Dr Albert and his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Diaz-Ordaz for over 10 years. Lucky for me, I haven't needed to be seen there in over 3 years. I called for an emergency appointment because I was pooping blood, and they advised me that because I haven't been seen in a few years, I would be considered a new patient and an appointment wasn't available until 3.5 weeks out. Doctor explains things and options easily. He is patient, kind, and friendly. I didn't feel rushed and I felt heard. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend him and his staff.

What a kind man, and a really good doctor! He's conservative in his approach which I appreciate. When I had a real concern about something he was kind enough to call me back at home after a long day. I know this is not something usual so I appreciated his time and effort.

Poor scheduling,my wife was sent/called with a different time the doctor staff had, an hour difference. He was over an hour behind when we arrived at his office. I lost a half days pay because of their incompetence.

I have been his patient for many years. He is compassionate and trustworthy. He has saved my life despite the fact I have been very sick fora long time. He is easy to communicate with and will spend his time explaining procedures. I trust him and his professional staff.
