I had fantastic service from Mrs. Diaz in picking out 2 perfect men's dress hats. She helped me find the right color and style within my budget. I can't wait to go back for more hats. But next time, I want to explore more of their merchandise, it is excellent quality. PS: parking is a challenge, so scope out parking lots before you go. Also, right now, that part of downtown San Jose is invaded by homeless ones. They're open, but sometimes have to lock the doors for protection. Mr Diaz and his wife are the sweetest people . they are very knowledgeable about their merchandise and i personally feel their honest and fair. It felt so good going into that little shop and recieving such a warm welcome. Nothing like the malls and huge stores. It reminded me of way back when i use to go shopping with my grandma Boy those were the days. People actually cared about one another . thanks for best customer service Mr &Mrs DIAZ. and i will be back. Now i have to buy me my own Stetson. � cant wait
