Absolutely the worst run office and operation I’ve ever visited. The nurse who pretends to be a doctor is argumentative and doesn’t give you a chance to answer her questions. She’s constantly talking over you. She told me that the imaging lab would be in touch with me in 7-10 days. I’ve been waiting since February

The Doctor is fantastic, but you don't see him much. MUST follow up on everything else, prescrptions often sent with wrong prescription, or to the wrong place or without signatures - and very hard to get someone in the office to actually speak with you, leave a few voicemails and eventually something may work.
I truly love the doctor, but they are impossible to get a hold of my phone. I’m trying to get authorization for my medication. Can’t get it because can’t get anybody on the phone. I drive up there and they give me a number to call as well when I called the number they have no clue what I’m talking about. I just wish communication was better with the office because I truly love the doctor..
