. Before beginning the project I did about a month of research and installation quotes. The first thing we had done by Mr. Diaz was the backsplash; being the smaller of the two projects I would be able to tell his quality of work before I jumped into the hardwood floor installation. He kept his work area clean, the quality of his work was above and beyond, and on top of that he was very polite, aproachable, worked throughout the day and showed up when he said he would.
