This cute little flower shop in San Bernardino is a hidden gem. The owner makes beautiful bouquets at very reasonable prices. You can also add on extras like plushies, crowns, and sashes for a great value. She offers pre-orders so you can get exactly what you want, or if you need something quickly, she has bouquets ready to go for any occasion. She speaks Spanish, and I highly suggest bringing cash.
