If you need someone to show up to clean your home, I recommend calling a different business. We had them allegedly lined up to do a move-out clean on a specific day, and they never showed up. They never responded to texts, and they hung up on my husband when he called to see when they would arrive at the house (which was after confirming, the night before, that they would arrive around 8:30 am-ish). They didn't respond to VM...we were counting on the business doing the move-out clean that day...we had a carpet cleaner lined ... read more
