Dianne has helped us with many deals in the past, to which none of them have ever been a walk in the park but she always looks out for our best interests. She just recently helped us with the purchase on our forever home and with this crazy market was once again not a simple one. However Dianne informed us on all our options, walked it through with us and made it all happen! Highly recommend! She is extremely knowledgable and absolutely loves what she does!
Yesterday I sent a message that I wanted to view 1 of Dianne’s listings today in the afternoon. While I received 2 emails back, they were only thank you’s, for signing up, & she would be getting back to me soon. Sad part is, I’m a cash buyer, & her seller may of lost a quick closing. I believe everything happens for a reason, & I won’t be dealing with Dianne or any of her listings again.
Have worked with Dianne on couple of purchases and sales and she has been absolutely phenomenal. Very professional and always punctual. She is able to quickly zone in your needs and meet them. Will always recommend her.
I’d consider Dianne as one of the most experienced realtor in the Greater Rockford area. I have bought and sold multiple properties with Dianne in past 15 or so years. She knows the market very well which is definitely a plus. She is always very pleasant and provides exceptional service to her clients.
