I just had a great visit with Aliyah who showed me around. There’s definitely a real sense of community and the location is very central. In particular the views and the brand new homes are big pluses. I’m considering Dianne for my upcoming move and would recommend it to my friends.
I have been a resident here for 6 months now, & have waited to write a review until now so I could really get an idea of the property, rather than just a first impression. When moving to downtown Portland it was extremely important to me to find a safe place for myself and my son to live, and the Dianne has exceeded my expectations. I love that it is a brand new building, in my time here I have not had a single maintenance issue. My condo smells like pot on a regular basis, there is no consistent hot water, and management was/is aware of defective chains in the parking matrix and allow people to still park in it — my car fell several feet and was trapped for days. Staff blatantly lie, park illegally, and generally do not care about current tenant issues. Seriously, any place is better than The Dianne.
