After scheduling my first appointment they said it would be 3 months from then in March. Next day they called to cancel and reschedule but it would be another month. So finally, 4 months later they call again to cancel and reschedule. Obviously, we mean nothing to this medical campus. SHAMEFUL.
About a year ago in a fall on a bike trail, I broke a number of bones including both arms and a leg. I was broken both literally and figuratively. The care I received was incredible. From the first responders who transported me from Fort Collins, to the nurses, to the hospital doctors, to the physical and occupational therapists, to the cooks, to the cleaning staff, to the people who delivered the food, and to the surgeons I will forever being indebted. I left this appointment feeling dismissed, blamed, and deeply concerned not just about the interaction itself, but about the safety and professionalism of the care provided. From the start, the provider was dismissive and appeared uninterested in meaningfully engaging with my medical history. DR.Bridges is the worst.no compassion. Horrible doctor.failed to look at My records correct and gave me meds that almost put me in the hospital.
I spent the better part of a month in the ICU unit at Memorial Central Hospital in 2023 dealing with various issues. I received the best of care from the entire staff. I'm alive because of them.
I hit the ER because regular clinics are booked two months out, but UCHealth's is a pointless waste of time and co-pay , unless you're dying on the spot, they just send you home to book an appointment with their own clinic. Equally infuriating: up to a month's wait, plus an extra fee, for a physical copy of my ER CT scan if seeking help outside of network. Once again, proof that profit is priority ONE !
