RecommendedDianna did a fantastic job with our 80lb plus Rottweiler Xena. It was her first time with a groomer and Dianna made sure to make it a positive experience. Xena smells soooo much better and her coat is soft and silky. Thank you for taking such good care of our 4 legged child.

My 14yo golden retriever hadn't been groomed in 3 years; no other groomer would allow me to stay with him while he was being groomed and I refused to leave him. He is deaf and mostly blind, with very weak hips. Dianna is AMAZING!! He was SO gross, I had no idea...lol but she worked patiently and gently him for 3 hours and 45 minutes to get all 3 years worth of hair off him, while kindly educating me on the importance of keeping him groomed!! Our dog, Kena, arrived at Dianna & Guins Pet Parlour, a smelly old lady. After a few hours with Dianna, Kena was a clean, fluffy, happy pup again. We are very pleased with the service! We will be back for more nail trimming in a few weeks!
