My partner and I stopped in to get a quote for drapes for the bay window in our living room. We spoke to an associate, though unfortunately I don't recall her name. We selected a fabric we liked and provided some estimated measurements, discussed what we were looking for, etc. The associate we worked with took our phone number and wrote down our fabric selections, measurements, and other info. Excellent customer service. My Hunter Douglas shades, which I purchased through Diane's Draperies, malfunctioned. They did a great job working with Hunter Douglas to get the repair made. They definitely go above and beyond to help the customer.
