They do not answer the phone, emails. Impossible to follow up a consultation. I called several times to schedule a procedure and never was able to get in touch. I do not recommend this dermatologists. No professional.
Really disappointing experience. The appointment felt rushed, like the doctor had somewhere else to be. I was prescribed a strong medication with known risks to the liver, yet there was zero follow-up. I called the office to say I wasn’t seeing any results no one ever called me back. What I did receive was a surprise bill in the mail for what insurance didn’t cover. I took a powerful medication for three months with absolutely no support or concern from the practice.
