She was hired by my ex (after he pulled our daughter out of her prior counselor against the court's orders) in conjunction with Niagara County family court, & conveniently for Tyrell & anyone connected to the court, she only works remotely, & makes you sign something saying she will NEVER testify in court. When I asked for advice about my daughter self harming after living with her father, she told me to speak my lawyer. Awful awful place!! These “doctors “ don’t care about anything but the money they can take from your pocket and insurance! They never ask how you’re doing, but how you’re going to pay!!

I made an appointment for my son, around October 20th, and was told the doctor would be back in the office, I told the receptionist, I was not willing to do teletherapy....So a December 1st appointment was made, in the office, Then on November 24th receptionist called me and told me my son's appointment would not be in the office and would be done by teletherapy..... Thank you Dr. Diane Tyrell for wasting a month of our time, I only wish I knew a month earlier how dedicated you are to your patients.... Signed: (Richard Jex)
