I cannot say enough good things about Susan McCarthy & Steve Honan. They worked tirelessly to find my new home in one of the most challenging markets in a very long time. They had sage advice on offers that balanced my budget and competitive offers and they found my new home which I love everything from the neighborhood, the neighbors and the home hame more than I was expecting. I would use them again, but since I am completely happy with this new home, I doubt I'll be moving again.
If I could give 0 stars I would - Agent Emily Knight brought her client to my house which is on the market with another realtor and allowed their dog to run through my house. I have security cameras (which is stated on the listing) and when my agent called her out on it she lied saying dog was outside in the common area. Who brings a dog to someones house? She even lied again after my agent told her I saw her on camera. Dishonest realtor - wouldn’t use her ever - what else might she lie about??? I have video and still shots ... read more
