Customer service is a first impression in any business. I call to make an appointment with Diane. Older gentleman with a stronger accent answered the phone. he was harder to understand and extremely rude to me from the first impression. I had to defend myself in a way because he was blaming me for not “ answering my questions” I’m not going to put details but He popped attitude from the start of the phone call. Terrible and expensive too. Came here midweek and got the worst nail job I ever have across the country. I asked to have my nails DIPPED. What I got was nubby, uneven, thin, bumpy nails. My granddaughter’s nails were also bumpy and uneven and super thick. They even tried to “patch” one of my nails with pieces of paper towel and then polish over it!!
