We rented from them for years then used one of their agents for our home purchase. They were honest, fair, and responsive with concerns while we were renting and when it was time to buy we had a positive experience.
My experience with your property manager has been a terrible experience. We rented a house through your agency. When we moved in we had to advise you of a rotten handrail on both sides of our front steps. To no avail it never got fixed until 3 weeks of our moving out. (one year later). It always took a long time to get anything done. Our Washing machine broke and it took 3 weeks to get it replaced.
