Diane was the on call doctor when I called in to South County health asking for an emergency supply of 2 days worth of my anxiety medication (this is after leaving 2 messages with my doctors office during business hours and not receiving a call back). My husband and I were basically begging for her help along with the pharmacist at CVS— she said I wouldn’t feel good without my meds and I may have withdrawal symptoms but I’d be “fine”, she told us she was at a christmas party and that’s why she couldn’t help us. Professional, knowledgeable and empathetic.
If you care about your health, this is the wrong PCP and an even worse office. I followed her here and gave it a year after she changed offices, HUGE mistake! Referrals never sent out, or sent to wrong place. NO reminder calls for appointments, and on my last appointment I was standing in the office already checked in, when they called my phone asking where I was. Truth!!
