The lady at the front desk was extremely unfriendly and very lazy. Told me that my insurance wouldn't cover any of my contact lenses(I know is not true). When I called the insurance company and spoke to them about it, they couldn't understand why the Dr. would think that. Lenses cost me $155 with insurance to pay $100. Lady at front desk tried to refund me $55 instead of the $100 that she was supposed to and I had to argue with her about math...
