She is amazing....
Don’t get me wrong, Dr Cicatello is great. Very thorough and always explains anything we don’t understand. My problem is the wait time. It’s horrendous. So far BOTH of our in person visits were almost 2 hours behind schedule which is just unacceptable. And now our virtual that I’m current waiting to begin is 2 hours behind. It’s wonderful that she’s so thorough and spends the time with each patient.. but they need to book her schedule accordingly then. I’m seeing the same complaint 2 years ago in these reviews. I highly recommend Dr. Cicatello! She's highly sought after, and she is very thorough with patient care. A lot of times, parents or patients really want more explanation on diagnosis and therapy - and Dr. Cicatello takes the time to assess and treat. She never rushes you and your child out of the office, so sessions can run late, but believe you me, you feel reassured and supported. I applaud her and her staff.
Dr. Cicatello was thorough, compassionate and helpful. Yes, she runs behind, but that is because she takes so much time with every child...INCLUDING YOURS! I'm truly thankful for what she is doing for my child.
Whenever I come in I come in early. They make you wait over an hour. People come in late and are still seen so it pushes everyone else's back. They overbook appointments. If it's one time I could understand but every single time it's absolutely unacceptable. After speaking up an hour later. They said she is too far back and it would be another 30-40 mins. She also gave misinformation. I had to do my own research. She is very passive aggressive. I would not recommend to anyone.
