Diane and her team helped us buy a Honolulu condo earlier this year. Diane and Alisa patiently and efficiently showed us a dozen or more buildings to give us enough perspective to focus on the 1-2 buildings that we liked. Once the right unit came on the market, she helped us quickly evaluate it and get to contract. Alisa then kept us on track with all the actions required to get to closing. Diane Ito was incredible. The buyers threw a wrench into the arrangements by asking to change plans and close early. It seemed impossible to me, but Diane assured me that she and her crew would help with every step. She did exactly that! She helped find a mover, helped with the actual move out, helped to find a place to store a car, even returned my cable boxes for me!

In this review about Coldwell Banker Agent, Diane Ito, I want to say that she gained my trust almost immediately. She was attentive to my questions. She is very knowledgeable and put me at ease as we worked to sell my Aunt's house. I had never done this before and she kept me informed all along the long process. I would recommend her to friends and family. She is seasoned and knows her stuff. I'm glad we got to work together and I consider her a friend.
