Excellent doctor. She explains patiently to the patients.
She is very thorough with the patients. She takes time to test everything, review reports and explains everything very well. We took our 10 year old. She explained her thoughts very well and gave us options so that we could continue the care for our kid.
Dr. Toulan is truly exceptional. Despite having many patients, she always makes me feel like she knows and remembers us, no matter how much time passes between visits. She is warm, personable, and engaging with children—lighthearted and fun while maintaining a deep sense of professionalism and insight. Her dedication to her work is evident, and I deeply admire her as a physician.
