I would encourage parents to be very clear about expectations before starting with this therapist, especially in situations involving separated or high-conflict co-parenting. In our experience, what began as child-focused play therapy gradually expanded into involvement in co-parenting dynamics and communication between parents. she is a non judgmental, trustworthy, caring and compassionate woman. Very easy to talk to and build a relationship with.
Diane is sensitive, empathic and gives great advice. I highly recommend her. ❤
Words that come to mind when I think of Diane: real, non judgmental, caring, experienced, skillful, flexible, reliable. Although she worked with my daughter mainly, she and I checked in regularly and occasionally, my husband and I would meet with her to discuss family dynamics, school challenges, etc. She was wonderful always, truly.
