I waited for an hour for the doctor and she never came in. I had to leave. Dr called and said she got tied up with a meeting with her office manager that took priority over my appointment and I could reschedule. I will find a doctor that has patient appointments as a priority.

I came to my first visit with Diane and as soon as I told her I was in extreme pain she brushed off everything I was saying and told me that I just needed therapy for my anxiety and to eat better so I could lose weight. I basically had to beg for an autoimmune disorder blood test and as soon as one singular test was negative, she very curtly left me a message in my patient portal saying I was fine and there was no need to see a specialist. Dr. Zug was terrific. I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. Highly recommend!

I was a patient of a doctor at Fossil Creek for over 25 years, and he retired. I saw Dr. Zug at Fossil Creek for the first time and scheduled a second appointment 30 days out. The week before the appointment, she cancelled the appointment. When I rescheduled the appointment, the earliest she could see me was two weeks out. The week before I was scheduled for the rescheduled appointment, she cancelled again. I am finding a new primary physician.

Entered with rehearsaled compassionate — but then she gets right to business and tells you that “by the way you have COPD you’ll die” the only reason I think she was decent is because I had a Medicaid social worker with me and him she still thinks she’s only working with my smoking she doesn’t realize that she’s in charge of light all of my specialist she also keeps telling me to have them send medical records when I’ve signed all her releases And that happens to be the job of the medical clinic she works under. My initial visit was like a marketing tool making sure that I would hear everything wonderful about her group positions and she showed a great deal of interest in me. She didn’t write anything down and did not look at any of my medical records. We used to see this doctor in the past. She was quite good. We had to leave due to a change in our insurance. My husband didn't like the office staff too much especially the nurse who came to the room before the doctor came in. The wait times weren't terrible but it would be at least an hour when we were there in her office. Overall, she took good care of us. We have been healthy overall so I thank Dr. Zug for that.
