Our experience with this practice was extremely disappointing and, at times, upsetting. Across three separate appointments, we waited an average of 45 minutes before being seen, with no acknowledgment or concern for our time. More importantly, the level of empathy and communication we received was very poor. During our second ultrasound, the technician delivered difficult news by simply saying, “Alright, well I’m not seeing a heartbeat. Dr. Goh is personable and professional. She takes the time to ask thoughtful questions, and makes the time to answer all of my questions. Staff is great, as well!
