Cancelled my upcoming appointment I made months ago through an automated voice call and text message. The office did not send a personal courtesy call nor ask me about rescheduling. This is unacceptable and a waste of my time. Who does business like this??? I would NOT recommend this podiatry clinic to anyone, unless you want this to happen to you! Beyond irritated.

The worst appointment and I’ve never even been a patient. I made an appointment in early February for March 25, earliest one they had. So I waited weeks to be seen. I leave work today at 2 to make the appointment and I pull up to an empty parking lot. I pull around back because I see cars and knock on the back door. As I’m pulling away a lady runs out the back door who says whoever is suppose to be upfront is at lunch and I’ll be seen so I pull back around to the front. I was able to be seen the next day for toenail removal. Office was clean and staff were professional. Loved Dr. Collier. The appt. Times were all behind when I arrived.

I called to ask of they are accepting new patients , a older lady asked what's the reason , I told her and with Shrewd and unsympathetic voice she said we're not taking new patients . So made me feel like my reason wasn't good enough . She was not pleasant at all.

I have been very well taken care of by the doctors and assistants at the Dothan Podiatry Health Center. They addressed every foot problem I have, and I have several, from the least to the greatest issues. I am so thankful for Dr. Aaron who patiently explained and treated an ongoing painful callus differently than any other foot doctor has, so that it won’t return for a long time.
