Don't know who Jen H. is that have me one star, but I haven't practiced since 2020, so she didn't see ME 10 months ago. Lol

Not a very good practitioner, didn't listen to symptoms or concerns, very unprofessional. Avoid if possible, scheduled with another hearing Dr. afterwards who was much better.
