Diana’s conduct has become increasingly unprofessional. She speaks to her staff in a demeaning manner, shows little regard for long-standing clients, and behaves as though her schedule takes priority over everyone else’s time. I highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for quality nail services unlike any other in the area! Diana’s work is absolutely beautiful, super detailed, clean, and long-lasting. You can really see the difference in the quality and care she puts into every set. If you want your nails to look amazing and feel pampered at the same time, this is the place to go!
Diana’s behavior has become completely unprofessional. She talks down to her staff, treats loyal clients with no respect, and acts like everyone’s time revolves around her. I was a long-time, paying customer, yet she was constantly late, rude, and dismissive. Diana Nails is by far my favorite nail salon. The atmosphere is so comforting and relaxing. Diana is very attentive and is a perfectionist!!! This is something I always wanted in a nail tech as doing my nails is one of the only things I do for myself. She takes her time and makes sure you are satisfied with every single nail before you leave her salon. I am not exaggerating, this is how dedicated she is. As long as she is in business, Diana will have me as a client for life!!
