On Saturday, my flowers were left at my door in 100 degree weather. They should have made sure someone was home and they should have handed the flowers to someone. Instead they just left them at the door. You could imagine the condition of the flowers after being left in the heat. This is horrible delivery service.
Flowers were ordered for mothers day, was told they would be delivered Monday the day after mothers day, and they didn't arrive until may 21st, 11 days after mothers day.
They have such poor customer service here. They make excuse after excuse when something they messed up should be fixed. They refuse to correct their terrible customer service. I'm very disappointed with this business. Do not buy from here.
If I could give no star, I would. My friend ordered flowers for my birthday last Thursday. He ordered a week ahead of time as my birthday was yesterday ( May 13 )and he wanted to make sure I would get them on time. Diana's Flowers decided to deliver the day he ordered ( a week early) and I was not home. They left a sorry I missed you tag on my gate which totally ruined my friends surprise. Ordered a bouquet and mylar balloon to be delivered for my MIL’s birthday and the balloon was not delivered. Called the following day and was told I would be refunded for the balloon. One week later and there is no refund. Trash.
