I've been ordering my cakes her since my older daughter was 4 she is now 8. I'm so disappointed on how their customer service has changed. Every year that goes by it gets worst. They are unfriendly and rude. This is my last time getting anything here. Please don't order or buy anything here they are rude and treat customers like they are trash.
