Dr. Wong and the group she works with are GREAT! What I’m here to raise awareness about is the utterly abysmal phone service. All I need is to move my wife’s appointment from one day to the next and I have spent TWO DAYS calling during my lunch break at work and being hung up on after 21-25 minutes of holding…I really can’t believe it’s such a hassle…I’m writing this now while I’m on hold, this time time (third call today) for 14 minutes already…
First time pregnancy. Wong was dismissive and cold. I knew something was wrong - she blew me off twice (“you’re just anxious”), third time I contacted I advocated for labs. Office failed to check promptly - less than 40h later, my water broke @ 26w - labs showed I had infection - infection was high morbidity. Her negligence delayed treatment.
