The most difficult person to work with. Poor communication, condescending, and very rude. Signed a lease and paid for the direct deposit, first month rent, and moving in/ out fees one week before the end of the month yet she refused to give us the keys until a night before moving in. The apartment was dirty, no functional heater for the first 4 days, no hot water, she was still rude when addressing all these issues.
