For 8 years, I have exoerienced exemplary service. Dr Twiggs is attentive to all my nedical symptons. Robin her nurse is outstanding.

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much

I would never send my friends or family here. I had billing issue with Medicare and submitted an appeal. Medicare requested additional information from Dr. Twiggs' office staff - they did not respond to that request.

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Was this neurologist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this neurologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly
