I will not be taking my dogs back to this vet ever again. I have gone there several times with both of my dogs over the past year hoping that it would get better, but it didn't. They have good prices on vaccines and spay/neutering, but I guess you get what you pay for. My last experience with them was awful. They failed to inform me of so many things which then limited my decision making on the treatment of my dog and resulted in a big mess. Very unprofessional! I split my business between several veterinarians in Suwanee. I use this location because it is convenient to where I stay and they have cheap prices on vaccines(without exam) and spays&Nueters. I have a rescue organization and have the need for lots of cheap vetting. I have had so many bad experiences here I cannot believe I keep going back. We've used Animal Care Center of Suwanee for 10 years now and they've seen us through *so* many issues with our dogs. They know us by name, know our dogs by name and truly treat us like family. They even call to check up on our pooches when they've been ill. One of our dogs passed away over a holiday weekend several years ago; we called to tell them about it and just a few days later we got a sweet card in the mail from the staff.
