I went in for a quick cut and dry. My hair had been growing out from very short for almost 2 years and was uneven, so all I needed was a total length reduction of 2-4 inches to even things out, and some layering. My stylist acted like I asked her to not cut any length off, even though I told her to bring it up to just past my shoulders, and she took a long time to barely trim it so it was very subtly layered.
