Dr Rubel has been treating me for many years. She is amazing. She is in high demand but well worth the wait if you can get on her books.
Best dermatologist I have seen. Dr. Rubel is a great people person, she knows her stuff really well and she's more than willing to help. Didn't have to wait too long for an appointment at all, and is very accommodating.
After reading these reviews I'm going to have my skin fixed overseas. I have been diagnosed (by Dianas favourite - my GP 👍) with a pre-cancerous lesion. I decided to go with Diana because she has the light therapy device that's been recommended to me. But I was horrified that after giving them my referral which clearly states precancerous lesion I HAD TO WAIT 2 weeks JUST to be triaged ! Are you serious!? Diana and the staff are professional and friendly. Always feel comfortable.
I am completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional Diana is. I went to the appointment for a skin check and have never been treated with such disrespect. From the beginning, she told me I was “wasting her time” and that “I should have gone to my GP for this.” Her attitude throughout the entire appointment was unpleasant; she made me feel like my presence was a bother and barely spent any time on the examination.
