Diana and the staff are professional and friendly. Always feel comfortable.
I am completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional Diana is. I went to the appointment for a skin check and have never been treated with such disrespect. From the beginning, she told me I was “wasting her time” and that “I should have gone to my GP for this.” Her attitude throughout the entire appointment was unpleasant; she made me feel like my presence was a bother and barely spent any time on the examination. Dr Rubel was kind, thorough and treated my issue with success; she has changed my life!
Dr Diana Rubal is extremely unprofessional and borderline dangerous. If I'd known what I was walking into I wouldn't of been so polite. She is extremely rude, condescending and dismissive due to her not wanting to deal with Department of Veterans affairs and my age of 48. Didn't even check me properly at all. If I was providing a service for you Diana one would think you would like me to do my job properly and at the least be professional and not completely rude.
