Surprised by the negative reviews. Found her to be friendly, polite and very informative. She asked several questions and quickly diagnosed my issue and provided an RX to resolve it that her staff called in. She even paused at the end to ask if I had any additional questions or concerns to be addressed. As for timeliness, it's expected to not be taken at your exact appointment time at all doctor's offices, and the later in the day your appointment is the more likely your doctor will be delayed by 30 minutes or so. Really bad experience, I should have read the comments before taking the time to make an appt. I was very impressed that she will charge for something that my insurance has covered before in another location with another drs. I won’t come back! Not recommended!!!!!

She was running a bit behind ( not necessarily her fault ) but an Extremely rushed appointment. I felt very hurried and she started walking to the door while I was still talking. Would not see her again

Opposite of thorough and caring. My young adult son went to “specialist” after visiting urgent care and the ER. He had severe poison Ivy that was only getting mildly better. Dr Rivers only looked at his torso despite my son pointing out that the rash on his legs looked and felt different. She replied poison ivy can look different as she walked out the door leaving him with her assistant. Well it was cellulitis on his legs!! Different treatment and had already escalated to darkened skin. Mad Mom signing off.
