From entering the office, everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional. I felt like I was in a 5 star spa. Then Dr Ponsky came in and was so comforting and clearly knowledgable. I had a har transplant. The procedure took several hours and there was some discomfort after but it was totally worth it. I will definitely be going back for maintenance as I age.
Dr. Ponsky was incredibly attentive to my personal needs and situation. Her ability to speak to me as an individual and provide a care plan that took into account my lifestyle was very helpful and appreciated. Her availability to me after my treatments was incredible and unexpected. This feels like medicine used to feel and how it should be.
