The pedi service was very relaxing. They did an excellent job on my toenails.
The worst pedicure I have ever had!!! What was that!?????? Such bad hospitality, very unskilled staff and extremely ignorant... Not to mention the tools they use!! I am afraid they don't sanitize/sterilize!! I pray i don't get a bad infection! They really like to rush services as mentioned in many other reviews! She barely cleaned and shaped my nails. Although this location is super convenient for me.. unfortunately the services are not worth it. These are my nails only 5 days after getting a gel manicure.. disappointing. The staff seemed to be rushing even though I had a booked my appointment for a gel manicure and pedi days ahead of time.
I’ve been coming to Diana Nails since 2018, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I usually get medicures and pedicures, and I’ll add buffing or gel when I want something extra. The pedicure massages are always relaxing and never rushed, which I really appreciate after a long week. The salon is spotless every time I visit, and the staff is consistently professional and friendly.
