I've had mixed experiences here. The quality of service seems to depend on the technician—sometimes my nails last weeks, but other times they chip within days.

They should learn how to talk to their customers before offering services. I have been going here for my nails but will not because they don’t know how to talk and their service wasn’t wow from the beginning but as it was close to my house, I would go.

CUT MY FINGERS WITH THE DRILL. They had me switch nail techs 3 times and made my fingers bleed in multiple places. See photo for details. Do not get dip powder with an extension here

I have avoided coming here even though it’s in an excellent location. The review scared me off and some of the pictures were horrendous. I decided to give it a shot because it’s right next to my work and I’m so glad that I did! I’ve worked with three different women and they were all very professional and didn’t excellent job. “B” did my most recent set of white chrome nails, and she took extra care and attention. I was a customer of this salon for many years because of convenience. I lived in the area and parking was always available. I want to share my experience so folks have an idea what might to expect when trying out this place. It was a hit and miss. Some days, the service was great while some days were below standards. Technicians were not always careful and gentle at times so some visits I ended up with cuts. Had foot scrubs done; some scrubs were rough.
