My mother-in-law sees this physician. The service and scheduling here are abhorrent. I've never experienced such a lack of concern about the length of time patients are forced to wait to even be seen. The policy of having patients wait 3 to 4 hours after their scheduled appointment time is absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Each and every appointment the excessive wait time is blamed on "emergencies". Even the DMV will notify you 30 minutes before they can actually accommodate you. It's not exotic technol... read more
