Dr. Lau is very proactive and knowledgable. She is kind and focused during visits. She doesn't stay in the room for a long time, but she always takes the time to answer my questions and make a good plan going forward. I appreciate all that she and her office does. The front desk staff is a little standoffish and not super warm.
I went to doctors for 10 years nonstop for help and nobody could ever figure out what was wrong. In two visits, Dr. Lau figured it out and I’ve been much better ever since for a couple years now
