Dr. Hylton was awful. It's been awhile since I saw her, but I don't recommend her. The ER said that I needed to be checked by neurology and I was assigned to her. She insisted nothing was wrong with me and that I was making it up, despite my scan results. She was the only approved neurologist that I could see, so I couldn't get a second opinion in my price range. Fast forward to when I got a better job with insurance. All of my records were sent over. She’s the best doctor in California she cares about her patients….Love her
I really like Dr Hylton but her receptionist is very rude I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated by the receptionist at this neurology office. When I called to report that my son had a seizure, she was rude and dismissive instead of showing any concern or compassion. In a medical office that deals with patients who have serious neurological conditions, as a parent in a stressful situation I expected understanding and professionalism.
