Dr. Heard took me in after military moved us being 30 weeks pregnant. Never waited longer than 15 mins in the waiting room, staff was very attentive always, very caring and always accommodating. In her office you can get ultrasounds and testing done nearby, the hospital staff was also amazing and respected my birth plan. she delivered my baby boy without complications and she was so professional and caring! loved her
I found Dr. Heard listed in a database of providers that would perform a bilateral salpingectomy without the arbitrary age, number of kids and husband's consent "requirements". I had a small hiccup when initially trying to see Dr. Heard (was 5 minutes late to the appointment due to traffic) but after rescheduling my appointment, I was seen quickly and she asked me all of the standard questions before having me sign the paperwork to get me on the schedule. I went to Dr. Heard's office for help with a lump in my pelvic area. Office staff let me check in and wait without a heads up that she may need to leave for a delivery and then treated me like a crazy person for not wanting to see Nikki, her NP, whom they all insist is great but I would not agree. After rescheduling, Dr. Heard sent me for imaging. I received a voice message from Dr. Heard to discuss results.
