Worst experience ever. Walked out of appointment & then charged me for nothing. A one star is one too many.
The experience was very bad from trying to make an appointment, getting the portal to work, and constant phone calls to ask why I was coming in. At first I was told that I could not make an appointment until my medical records were sent to the office ahead of my visit. Then I was made to call the teck department to get the portal to work. After waiting on hold for 34 minutes it still took another 45 minutes with 3 way calls to the office. Very poor expirience horrible Never go back Specially mrs karen connie Poor lady I feel discriminated Im feel sorry for Dr. Fernández.
The worst worst experience for my mom she is not very professional. Really disappointed. Never come back.....
