The dress was stunning, but the customer service left much to be desired. I struggled to get in touch with the designer in December to make my initial payment, with no response to my calls or texts. Eventually, I found out she was out of the country, which she hadn’t communicated. Later, when I asked for an overskirt, she quoted me $X without mentioning there was a more affordable option.
