Doctor awesome! Staff and lack of customer service training from leadership clearly evident. Wow, this place is unreal. We had a terrible experience with the front desk last, Judy. Treated my wife less than, was “so confused” on everything and caused major issues before we wife’s surgery. Of course, she had to admit we were right after upsetting my wife in various ways for 10 minutes. I leave a review in the terrible experience. Extremely thorough and amazingly accurate when she says a biopsy is necessary. She also is very thoughtful about not keeping her patients waiting.

Dr. Calderone is WONDERFUL! I have been going to her for years and am always satisfied whether it be for cosmetic procedures or medical procedures. She spends time with her patients and is truly a professional. I would recommend her to family, friends and patients with great pride.
Calderon is the worst, do not waste your time with this doctor. Waited an hour to see her when she informed me that she will only address ONE issue per visit. Since I had a skin rash and needed a prescription refill, I would need to schedule a second appointment to get the refill. She is only concerned with making money. Your health and well-being are of no concern to her. Her tone is rude and condescending. I immediately found a new dermatologist and I suggest that you do the same.
I would highly recommend Dr. Calderone. I was diagnosed with melanoma on my face in 2009, and she personally called me to tell me my treatment options. I decided to let Dr. Calderone do my surgery and could not be more pleased with the results. I feel that she is a very caring, trustworthy, and I would not hesitate to go back to her. Unfortunately, I have moved from the area, but would even consider the drive to be treated by her again.
